被視為滑板新舊世代交替的指標，知名滑版品牌DC Shoes自1993創立以來一直為其領域中的首推品牌之一。隨著品牌於全球受到更多的矚目及歡迎，DC特別與日本知名鞋舖atmos推出一系列協同旗下選手Colin McKay與Danny Way的New York/Tokyo限量鞋款，也於 9月12日舉辦了一場慶祝鞋款發售的”Life Collection” Party。除了店外換上了限量鞋款的海報外，四週也擺設多片的大型鞋款形象看板，當天更有許多喜歡各式極限運動的同好前來共襄盛舉。
